Hey,
I was wondering your opinion on stacking L-Carnatine, CLA and a thermogenic? I'm 21 years old, 160 pounds trying to stay lean and vascular. Also, it says to take one L carnatine pill a day on the back of the bottle should that be taken on an empty stomach or with meals? I've heard so many opposing things, I just wanna set the record straight.

Honestly man, I can't take anything besides clen/t-3 on an empty stomach. Anything pill form will cause me severe stomach problems unless I have at least a piece of bread. If you don't have problems like I do then I would just try it both ways to see which effects you best.

A better option would be Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Green Tea and CLA (with 4-6g of Fish Oil spread out). That can be stacked on top of a thermo but ease into it.

L-Carnitine take 15-20 minutes before meals.

Da man has spoken!
Although I have to admit I am slightly paranoid these days when it comes to pills and large amounts of product use at the same time.
