my buddy is pretty big..it's becoming very hard for him to get any bigger, and he has not taken juice yet..he's about 260 pounds...so, he decided that he would take something close to juice...it's called PharmaGenX FiniGenX Magnum and he's telling me it's not working...matter a fact some days his arms are getting smaller..then bigger..hes in the 20" arms right now..they go to 19.5" then up to 20.5" he doesn't know what's going on and why this is not working..anyone have an answer for him? he's been bugging me for weeks to put this down

oh ya..he takes 6ml of it work out days.. and 3ml. off days

also, mach, how much bodyfat does your "buddy" have, maybe the reason for his change in arm size has to do with water weight that he's gaining and losing, is he following a proper nutrition plan and all that good stuff?

MAYBE IF HE TOOK 6ML ON OFF DAYS IT WOULDNT SHRINK. BUT IT DOES SOUND ALOT LIKE A WATER WEIGHT PROBLEM, TRUST ME" I KNOW ALL ABOUT DAT"TI

IT ALSO DOESNT HELP THAT IT TASTE HORRIBLE. TELL HIM TO CHECK OUT RICH GASRARI'S SITE HE HAS SOME GREAT PRODUCTS THAT REALLY WORK. I DONT KNOW THE NAME OF THE SITE BUT IF YOU GOOGLE GASPARI NUTRITION YOU'LL FIND IT.

what do you mean about water weight? he said he also takes in about 4500 calories a day

he also says he thinks he reached his peak and he really doesn't want to take juice..what do you guys suggest?

What is it exactly you want to know? Why his arm size changes? Whether the supplement/prohormone works? You're getting vague answers because of vague information.

Until you post this info;
1) If the buddy doesn't want to take it to the next level (which is a good thing) then he shouldn't really be playing with what I assume to be prohormones (not that I checked that they are, in which case you should post in the anabolics section).

2) He's worried about his arm size going up and down, well tell him to take a dry measurement in the morning. Pumped measurements can vary greatly, and given the arm size quoted then it could be by as much as an inch. Someone else mentioned water weight, which is another reasonable guess as to why his measurement fluctuates.

3) Ask a question and give background info. Also use proper grammar to make the post easier to understand.

Number 1...thanks for replying with something that I can actually use, but you said "use proper grammer to make the post easier to understand" what are you talking about? grammer is good enough for the net, not like it's an english class...anyways...

basically the question is how can he get bigger? like i said he takes in about 4500 calarios a day and he's not getting bigger. He's already a pretty big mother, but he wants to get bigger...so any advice to get bigger?

it can also depend on the type of food he's actually eating. if hes eating alot of fatty food or trying to gain weights with a million supplements and all these protein shakes and stuff. thats gotta change its gotta be the food he eats and the quality of that food. if you let us know what it is hes actually eating it would prob help out alot and im sure if he weighs that much he has a high fat % and if he isnt thats amazing but i doubt its low tell him to cut down fat for a good while lean up for a bit and when he goes back to mass building hell grow bigger and faster

Use proper grammar: as in make the post legiable. It may be cool to use all caps or all lower case, incorrect spelling, no punctuation, etc, etc, but it makes it almost impossible to understand what you are asking.

If he isn't getting bigger then clearly he is not eating enough for his size. If he is 260lbs, and is reasonably lean, then I'd guess that he doesn't eat anywhere near enough food to gain more weight/muscle. Food logs are great for keeping track of actual calories and breakdowns. But you also have to know what his basal resting metabolic rate is, and how much energy he expends each day.

From this it should be easy enough to find out whats missing. Starting off with an extra 500 cals over what he needs should work, but this will change with weight gain. Supplements of any kind aren't going to help unless you know how to apply their usage.

I mentioned before about the arm size fluctuations being likely due to pumped measures and to take dry measures. Get a real weight first thing upon waking, after defactation and urination, to use as measures of weight, girths and bodyfat.

A few big points that you can look at with your buddy that might stop his growth
1-training (might need to mix it up)
2- Diet (might need to change it up more protein, more calories)
3- Supplements- ( he might be getting all those calories but is it quality, does he need vitamins and minerals and maybe say creatine to help boost him up and over. Arginine all those aminos)
4- Simply Rest- (how long has he been going, maybe take a week or two off if he has been going for years straight. It helped me gain weight and break through platues)

Edit: Oh ya these are all to "Shock" the body so it starts to grow again.

yes..he is a real big guy...

1. He takes Animal stack ontop of that PharmaGenX FiniGenX Magnum
2. He does take in a lot of calaroies
3. He does take a week off twice a year
4. He only has been working out for 2 years, many don't believe that..but oh well

and yes he does take in a lot of protein, he's thinking of just taking protein and nothing else for 2 months, then hitting it back hard with some creatine to shock the body and see what it does..the only thing i think he's doing wrong is eating wrong..he doesn't really care about what he eats..but if you see this guy, you would think they he counts each and every single thing that he takes in..but this guy all he cares about is bulking up for now until he hits 22" arms then he wants to cut down...

I've read that one guy doses the finigenx at atleast 9-12ml to start withhe was over 200lbs and loved the stuff.

anything guys...he's thinking of cutting down for 6-8 weeks and he's planing out to lose 20-25 pounds, this guy has a fast ass metabolism so it shouldn't be to hard, then bulking back up to be bigger then he was..what do you guys think.....think it will work does anybody know anyone that has done this and that worked for them?

this guy thinks that he hit his peak by the way (doesn't take steroids)
