holy **** dude,34grams of creatine a day? Ive heard of this theory for taking it,but i dont understand why anyone would do that. if your taking creatine monohydrate,if your loading,after loading,taking 5grams a day or 10 would be enough. In a sense your just topping off your creatine tank. I have just started taking CEE and with my understanding it absorbs much better and no need for loading. lets see,bb.com sell creatine,then they tell you to take a ton of it,hmm...looks like good business marketing to me.
