I have just got a creatine cycle off of bb.com which tells me to take 34g a day for the first week after weighing it up I have realised just how much that is, so you don't take it all in one go? then when is the best times to do it I know about 30 mins before a workout but when should I take the rest and how much at a each time or should I be taking it all at once?

holy **** dude,34grams of creatine a day? Ive heard of this theory for taking it,but i dont understand why anyone would do that. if your taking creatine monohydrate,if your loading,after loading,taking 5grams a day or 10 would be enough. In a sense your just topping off your creatine tank. I have just started taking CEE and with my understanding it absorbs much better and no need for loading. lets see,bb.com sell creatine,then they tell you to take a ton of it,hmm...looks like good business marketing to me.

yeh good point so did you not load then because that tells you to take 34g for the first week then 15 after until the fifth then have a week break then load again

right il refraise my question how much do people think I should be taking during loading and how much during maintenance how much do you guys take do you load every 6 weeks or so?

20g per day when loading for 5-7 days and then 5-10g (depends on body weight) for 3-4 weeks. you don't need to cycle creatine though, but if you don't I would still do a loading phase every 4-5 weeks

how do you guys find is the best way to take it in water? because by the time I have put the water in and drank it, its all in the bottom as a sludge

water or grape juice. If you use warm water it will absorb better.

I know I should take creatine 30mins before a workout but should I take the whole 10g or should I take 5 and 5 after my workout?

I've never noticed a difference if I split it up like that or not. Try them both and see what happens. Normally I split it up anyways just because I feel better getting in some after my workout.

my trick for creatine and glutamine so it all dissolves is to actually put boiling water over it and stir till it all dissolves then put cold water over top so you can drink it.
