If you stop to take creatine for one week, will you proceed loadng phase again?

if you look on bodybuilding.com there is a creatine calculater and you put in your weight and age and your goals and it tells you a cycle to do where you have a weeks break every month and then you do load again or thats what it said for me have a look

And if you read some papers you'll notice that the loading phase seems to be BS.

yes, but you don't need to cycle creatine. if you don't cycle still run a loading phase every 4-5 weeks or so.

cycling creatine is great for 1 thing... selling more creatine.

IMO i have cycled and have not cycled, never noticed a single difference at all.
