GACH by Nutrabolics would be a cheaper alternative and the same product

Creatine is by far a better option. Cheaper, more research, less marketing bull****.

But good diet has to come first. Then add protein supplements, then add creatine. After that you can start looking elsewhere.

Gakic is a waste of money. No need to be afraid of creatine. The only proven side effect is muscle cramps from not getting in enough water while on. All the kidney and heart crap are just myths.

Tasted like puke to me , if you try it definatley get it in pill form. It works , but not as well as flax&fish oil with good creatine and carbs.

Ummm actually you should stay away from protein shakes all together its all crap and propaganda. they hype it so it sells you dont need shakes at all not even if you cant manage to eat anything. find another way or a couple banana's. and if your are new to lifting or bodybuilding dont go with creatine right off youll get to strong to fast and actually lose more gains. your muscles wont be able to repair fast enough this early in your lifting. Gakic yup it works but get in some serious time lifting and everything after you get used to creatine down the road but good luck man dont fall into the hype and enjoy it all

Actually the scientific literature disagrees with you. Whey and casein have been show to be very beneficial and to improve gains, almost without fail.

I do agree that you need to learn to eat properly first though.

BODYBUILDERS DONT TAKE 400+ GRAMS OF PROTEIN FOR NOTHING. PROTEIN IS THE MOST BASIC AND ESSENTIAL. EVERY THING ELSE IS GREAT TO, BUT IF YOU COULD STICK TO ONE SUPPLEMENT ALWAYS PROTEIN BEFORE EVERYTHING ELSE. CREATINE DEFINATELY WORKS, ITS GREAT POSTWORKOUT ALONG W/ SOME WHEY TO FLOOD THE BODY WITH INSULIN AND AMINOS VERY IMPORTANT FOR GROWTH. AS FOR GAKIC THE ONLY THING I NOTICED WAS MUCH LESS LACTIC ACID BURN, WHICH WILL HELP YOU GET THAT EXTRA REP OR TWO AND HELP YOU GROW MORE.
START OUT BASIC AND DONT BE SCARED TO TRY THINGS OUT TO SEE IF THEY WORK, THESE SUPPLEMENTS ARE OUT THERE FOR A REASON SO PUT THEM TO USE.

my favorite is N-O eXplode... which also has creatine in it. i took creatine in high school and i only had cramps because i drank like no water. now i drink a lot of water (which you should be doing taking a supplement or not) and i try to eat very healthy. taking a whey protien supplement shouldn't have any negative affect on you from taking something else. we get protien from food anyways. wjat ever supplement you take, just watch your body. if it hurts then lay off it.if your not gaining then try another brand. take your time and see what works for you. later bro.

i think all muscletech products suck balls hows that?

i personally believe the only powder you need to worry about ingesting is protein

other than that u need to oils and aa's of course

anything good that has ever worked for me comes in a pill.. creatine usually only acts as an energizer when i use it... no strength or size gainse whatsoever... so far the best product ive used as far as results are concerned is methyl masterdrol....but im not getting into specifics based on the last threat i said something about that supplement and it went haywire lol

It went "haywire" because you are what would be termed a newbie. Newbies have much to learn about training and nutrition before they start taking any supplements, hormones, etc.

Kidney failure is a real side effect, its just happens to people who take 10x's what is recommended. I went to high school with a kid who couldn't play football anymore because of the monohydrate and taking to much of it. He had real potential too.

This sounds like a bit of an urban myth. Plus thats pretty unsubstantiated, could have already had kidney issues, could have been an alcoholic, any number of other factors could be at play.

Creatine has been tested every which way from Sunday and has come up clean for over a decade.

But why would anyone take 10 times the recommended dose of anything?

If they take 10x the recommended amount, they shouldn't be surprised at all when it effects you badly.

Well, I was referring to the recommended amounts. Don't know why someone would take that much though.
