Which one would you reccomend micronized creatine monohydrate or just plain creatine monohydrate I can get 1000 grams of AST Micronized Creatine Monohydrate for 23.95, 1000 grams of Prolab Creatine Monohydrate for 18.99, and 1000 grams of Ultimate Nutrition Creapure SKW Creatine Monohydrate for 18.95 which one would you all reccomend?

creatine monohydrate is the best form of creatine to take. That's what i used to take, but finally after 2yrs i've learned that shyt dont work for me. Too much bloating and other shyt.

I've just used creatine for the first time, and finished off the container. I haven't noticed (nor recorded) any real changes in strength, endurance, body comp, etc. This wasn't pure creatine but a formulation (it came free with some protein) that was supposed to support transportation and absorption. SO may have been crap quality.

Of course the next week will really tell if there was any benefits from it.
