I was considering using BSN products.

BSN announced last month the signing of 7-time Mr. Olympia winner Ronnie Coleman and I was wondering if anyone has experience with BSN products.

If so what is the recommendation for lean mass !

In my opinion

Different companies are great for certain products. For example, Optimum has the best whey while Prolab has the best creatine IMO.

ON WHEY ALL THE WAY BABY.

Flex: a question for u, you said the best creatine is from prolab... but i heard that actually it doesnt matter since if its not a formula.. its the same creatine... i mean its not like it can be made in a diffrent system? its macronized (however u write it) so its the same creatine we produce in our bodies... basically all the companies have the same creatine...? "crea pure?" :80:
