what do you guys think is the best meal replacement bar.
I only have 10mins at work to eat a meal and its not enought time for me to eat a whole meal, i always have left overs so i was thinking of getting a high calorie bar to help between meals what do you guys think??

i eat a 6oz chicken breast and 8oz of cottage cheese on my 10min break during school
but if you can't eat fast try a MRP drink there are a lot of different kinds and are way better than any bars, imo

Muscle milk products...muscle milk, cytosport protein, cytogainer, muscle milk 'n' oats - they're all great MRPs

i agree that a MRP drink is better than a bar and of course, whole food is best!!
I use EAS Myoplex. 310 cals, 42g protein, 20g carbs, 7g fat, 6g fiber. French Vanilla flavor.

what are the macro breakdowns of your max milk?
from what i gather, both the "milk" products use casein as their primary protein source. Casein is a slow digesting protein. So the Myoplex gets into the body sooner. all depends on when and how you want to use them. Both milk products would be great before bed. But not post-workout. Post work-out, you want the protein absorbed as quickly as possible.

I get the myoplex for 10.99 for 4 at my local grocery store. Wife doesn't bitch as much because it comes form the grocery store. If i get it at a nutrition shop, then she goes through the roof. Its all in her mind, but makes my life easier.
