First off bro, you need to realize that a fat burner won't do squat for you unless your diet is in check. By that I mean if you are trying to cut, you need at least 500 cals below your maintaince stage of cals. Remember, first comes diet, then training, cardio, and then supps. Get those three in order and then worry about your supps. If you have those in check, then you may want to check your diet, you may think it's good but I'm sure that it could use some tweaking. Remember, fat burners are just icing on the cake after you work your ass off to get where you want to be. But to answer your question, there are plenty of fat burner threads in here. I personally have never used them but just use the search key and you should get plent of answers! |
