Whole foods, less protien shakes bro. Bottom line. Whole clean foods and lots of it. Such as grilled chicken breasts, steak, tuna, salmon, ostritch stuff like that. Just eat clean and stay away from the junk. Read the stickies on the top of the boards, they are gold.

Palmetto is right - that is far too many shakes. At most 1 weightgain shake per day. It is ok to have a couple of whey shakes on top of that, but as accompaniment to a whole meal not as replacement.
Big carb filled breakfast, big carb filled meal an hr or so before training, simple carbs and protein straight after workout and then another big meal an hour or so after that. Then just try and eat as many other times throughout the day as possible. If you're trying to bulk then get your carbs in every meal, and you'll probably be able to get away with eating carbs before bed too.

Weight Gainers=Waste of time and money
Nothing beats whole food, man, i use to rely on supps thinking they were the key, but nothing beats a good diet and good training regimen, once those are locked down, then add in the supplements, home made weight gainers are always the best.

1 cup of oats, 1.5 cups milk, 2 tbsp natty peanuter butter, mix it up, throw in a scoop of protein or have some eggs on the side, thats about 600-800 cals right there and its cheaper

^Weight gain shakes aren't ideal, certainly for no more than one a day, but protein shakes are fine as long as they aren't replacing a meal but simply "supplementing" it.
