Heh well i know exactly where your coming from i was working construction when i turned 18 till a month and a half ago. im 21 now. and i had wrestling at the same time and what i found really helped through those days, was carbs and cardio as bad as all you bodybuilding guys dislike cardio thats what construction essentially is too cardio and heavy lifting somtimes. big breakfast and a weight gain for shake for lunch youll be home by 6 eat like frigen crazy haha at least 3 more meals after you get home. you wont gain fat cause youll be working so much its just a matter of eating more food than usuall you can still lift and do everything like normal you just have to get used to the job first then add your training after a couple of weeks then train and work will be easier for you on top of that and eat alot heh but good luck to you man

I second the eat heaps. Watch your weight (and lean mass) and make sure you are getting enough to eat. I found it really hard to maintain weight when labouring unless I was getting some pretty big meals.
