The man that recommended this protein program.
Quick intro why I (PUMBA) am sharing this. According to Jon, who happens to works for Supplement Giant MUSASHI (which PUMBA loves ) studies have shown that by decreasing the effects of catabolic activity in the body, and providing Carbohydrates and Protein at key times you can increase your anabolic response by over 200%.

Mr Jon Davie (Australia)

STACK BY JON DAVIE

Here is the Plan

The average 80kg weight trainer will burn arounbd 400 calories carbs and protein during a training session. the plain i suggest is based upon supplying all thnose calories to your body in drink form, so you have aready - to - use source of carb and protein when your body needs it most.

Here is the program.

PRIOR TO TRAINING
45 minutes prior to training,
take the following shake:
30 to 45g of Whey Protein
30 to 45g of Maltodextrin
Water
Mix together

DURING TRAINING
Drink a carb drink with:
about 50g of Maltodextrin
10g of Essential Amino Acids
1 litre of water
Mix together

AFTER TRAINING
Drink the following shake:
1g per kg of bodyweight of Maltodextrin
5g per kg of bodyweight of Whey Protein
Water
Mix together.

THE LOGIC

By taking the Carb/Protein drink prior to training, your body produces Insulin which blunts the catabolic response of your body to training.
The Carb/Protein drink has a ten minute delivery time, so you will be supplying your body's needs during your workout as your body needs it.
The Carb/Protein shake after training ensures you replace the Glycogen lost during your workout and the protein puts you in a positive Nitrogen state, which increases the chances of recovery and muscle growth.
It's pretty simple and cheap at the cost of about $200 for the month, depending on which supplier you use. Give it a go.

Good Luck.

PUMBA (who loves MUSASHI.) Bwahahahaha!!!

I don't know guys, I looked at Jon Davie when i met him, and it kinda looked like he knew his ****!! Also that this appeared in Flex (not that always means anything).
I am happy for you to disagree, but please explain why, so people don't make mistakes I would hate to think I have posted false information, so by all means prove Jon Davie wrong.
Is he actually "spiking" the Insulin with the pre-workout shake?????

5g per kg of bodyweight of Whey Protein??
so if my bodyweight is 80 kg I should take 400 grams of protein after training (13-14 scoops)?? that doesn't sounds right to me...
