Umm well im sorry to say.
Ive been eating like a mad horse
food every 15-20mins like crazy
I gained a huge u'kn gut...

I wanted to ask/see if any of ya'll know any good supplements
that might help the burning process of fat, i do cardio regulary but i guess not enough, i warm up with about 16-20mins on levels 6-9 on the bike.
then sometimes... i'll do a full hour on level 1-10.
But seriously my gut is sagging like a damn bag. lol

replace those and just eat healty stuff. it would be ok if you are eating that frequent but eating more protein than empty calories of carbs and fat.

Exactly my point. You should actualy benefit from an eating schedule as such if the foods are right. Put your protiens , carbs, fats, and vitamins in the right places and you should grow like crazy with a good workout plan. As for supplements I hear lipo 6 works pretty good , but I wouldnt even worry about that if you'r not cutting at this stage.

You don't have to worry bout all the sugar contained in fruit. I really don't even eat fruit often, might as well use those calories to benefit me in some way.

Lipo 6 was rated the best fat burner on bodybuilding.com

Maybe try to always have raw and cooked veggies with lowfat/low cal dressing on hand with you whenever you go somewhere...
