Hi everyone I am starting to have a bigger appetite, starting from 3 proper meals a day i increased my diet to 5smaller meals a day and now i eat 5 proper meals daily. Is that something good or bad? I also wanna know if my age-14y/o is enough to start having bodybuilding supplements.....or when should i start?

Moved thread to relevant section.

Eating more regularly is definately good - not just from a bodybuilding point of view but from a general eating point of view as it allows the body to better absorb the nutrients it recieves and keeps your body anabolic and keeps your metabolism higher. If anything try and add an extra meal in there if you can.
With regard to supplements, at this stage I would say you don't need them. However if you do decide otherwise, I'd suggest simply a multi-vit, EFA tablet, and some whey - that should set you up fine!

I don't recommend starting any supplements (besides vitamins) until you've been lifting for at least a year and have a decent diet. After that, you can get some whey protein if you want. Just keep in mind that supplements are only designed to help you. Proper diet and excercise will always be more important and should come first.

For more advance supplements such as creatine or NO2, I'd say wait until you're at least 16-17 minimum and have been lifting at least 3 years.

Yes, they will help. Try to get at least 1 gram of protein for every pound of lean body mass, but no more than 40-50g of protein at a time.
