How many white eggs can I eat per day?

Hello my name is Guillermo, I am form Colombia, I want yo know how many white eggs can I eat per day? I am training since 2 years and now I eat around 15 to 20 white eggs per day.

Are the white eggs bad for my hearth?

My english is very bad.... I am sorry....

imo 15 to 20 eggs is not very healthy for you're cholestrol.

you can eat as many as you want- wont elevate your cholesterol.

eat them raw and add some vanilla extract- tastes great!!!

egg whites i've had 18 at once..ronnie eats his with grits...and a slice of cheese..ya baby!!!

i eat egg white plained..cooked with cooking spray and eat away..i wonder
what ronnie useing to cook his eggs..

i would think a lot of egg yokes would make you gain lots of fat?? :love55: :plflag: :speakengl :OOOOOOOOO

I do 2 whole eggs and 14 egg whites a day W vanilla

You can eat whole eggs (with yoke) boiled, but it's when you fry them that you start to have problems - the butter, margerine, or vegetable oil acts as a carrier for the yoke cholesterol and you start to raise your LDL levels quickly. There was a study done on an Irsih village who's had about 1 third of their diet consisting of boiled eggs and they had normal LDL levels. It's how you cook the eggs that determines the cholesterol affects. It's been recommended to eat 1 to 3 whole eggs boiled a day the rest should just be the whites (if you're on a bodybuilding type 12 eggs a day diet) - you can eat more whole eggs but you might run into some gas problems.

whole eggs do contain a lot of choloesterol but it's good choloesteral and will not raise your bad choloesterol levels unless you kill a dozen whole eggs a day which I'm sure nobody here does.
