Well i haven't tried that companies products.

But i do use creatine, stacked with Vanadyl sullfate.
I'll look your products up real quick after i finish what i must say.

Creatine has helped me only make the 2 last reps in each workout fully pumped.
I take the creatine with the Glucose associated citrus drinks, stire it and within 30-45secs later i drink it fully stirred, you should try that

Ok i just looked up the wilde bull products, but i didnt see a tricreatine malate version, either that are its too new to be posted...

It looks alright i guess, but to make sure make a reply after 2 weeks use, for us.

loading phase: 20g per day for 5-7 days
maintanence phase: 10g per day for no more than 6-8 weeks

You can take time off from creatine for a few weeks if you want or you can just do the loading phase all over again and stay on creatine week after week.

May i ask why u choose to do a loading phase and also cycle off creatine? There have been various articles on why not to do this and that cycling has no point and loading up on creatine for a few days is worth less.

your right i never loaded on creatine

First time i took it was one scoop everyday...

It helped, but i guess just to be sure loading might help those who have a bad
body reaction to it,( slow intake )

I also never load and get great results . I also never use on off days to save creatine and give my kidneys a brief brake. I dont know if it's the best choice but it works for me.

Yea, i know what ya mean :)

Do you get bloated or get an moderate amount of water retention though?

I kinda do, but i'd rather still take it and get the results.

i choose to do a loading phrase because studies have shown that people that loaded on creatine for the first two weeks gained more muscle mass then the people that took a normal dosage of 5g, however by the end of week 4 thay both have gained the same muscle mass. soooo this means that if u load it's basicly two weeks faster to see results. this is my first time using creatine so i want to know if i'm a non responder in the quickest amount of time.

just another question do i take the 20g at one time or do i split, also how much juice do i put for 20g. thankx guys.

MY creatine HPLC says to load but i dont,
It depends what type of creatine it is, if its monohydrate you should load. (supposedly)

but for ethyl ester,tri-creatine malate and whatnot their is usually no loading phases.
