try a re-feed find your maintenance calories, bump up your carbs, take 1 gram of protein per body weight, keep fat as low as possible so just get your fat from the foods your eating, basically eat carbs all day long prbly about 300-400 grams just for one day though, when you diet your bodies leptin level drops(leptin is a fat burning hormone) so to raise it back up you have to eat more for a day and carbhoydrates have the most effect on raising leptin levels, just make sure a majority of it comes from, oats, whole wheat bread, brown rice, oat bran cereal, you can have some fruit if your craving it, if i were you i would refeed at least once a week
