Hello all , for those of you who have replied to my posts in the anabolic zone Thank You! I really don't know what I am doing, so here is my diet right now.
I work at night (12am-8am) and go to school in the day (1pm-815pm) so.... here it is.............

1pm- 4 slices whole grain bread, plain w/ water

345pm- 3oz tuna (albacore solid white)

600pm- 3oz tuna

1030pm(post workout)- plain bagel w/ 1 tbsp jam, protein shake

1230am- 6oz chicken breast, 8oz low fat cottage cheese

200am- 3oz tuna

400am- 1 packet weight control oatmeal (contains 1g sugar, 7g protein)

600am- 3oz tuna

830am- protein shake

Like I said I don't know if I am doing the right thing but I lost 33lbs doing this and now it seems I am stuck at 175, I haven't been able to go any lower. I go out to eat with my wife on Sunday and get chicken or steak with veggies thats my cheating. Thanks in advance for the help :o)

try a re-feed find your maintenance calories, bump up your carbs, take 1 gram of protein per body weight, keep fat as low as possible so just get your fat from the foods your eating, basically eat carbs all day long prbly about 300-400 grams just for one day though, when you diet your bodies leptin level drops(leptin is a fat burning hormone) so to raise it back up you have to eat more for a day and carbhoydrates have the most effect on raising leptin levels, just make sure a majority of it comes from, oats, whole wheat bread, brown rice, oat bran cereal, you can have some fruit if your craving it, if i were you i would refeed at least once a week

thanks bro, i have started eating chicken breast and brown rice for most of my meals, i had been eating the tuna for about 3 months straight, now i eat more chicken and rice, cottage cheese. I just need to be smart about it, thanks for your help.
