I pretty much got it nailed down with all the carb sources after 3-4yrs of lifting now. But i've seen more and more people mention yam? I mean last time i had yam was over 2yrs ago. Is it a good carb source for cutting down/bulking up, what makes it good?

thanks

its a low glycemic index carbohydrate, practically no fat at all, an 8 oz yam gives you about 63 grams of carbs and 3-4 grams protein
