I was reading the latest issue of MD and in it Toney Freeman starts talking about how much he loves eating Buffalo or Bison meat and some of it's nutritional stats. Being curious I look up the nutritional facts and I was pretty suprised about how lean it was and that it wasn't too expensive.
So I'm wondering has anybody hear actually had it before and what did you think? Moreso than anything I'm looking for opinions on taste or if there's any ways to prepare it differently and/or better than regular red meat.
