this was the first protein or i should say weight gainer i have ever taken and so great results with incresing weight. u can pack 1000kcals very easy with just 2-4 scoops so in that way its good. alot of sugar though but if ur a newbie to taking supps, i would try it and im sure u will see that weight gain.

well, im not a newbie, thats for sure, lol, i was thinking its sugar content wud be wuite high, as most WG supplements do. the reason i need a good MRP or weight gainer, is due to being in work, im sure many of you have problems with keeping up your whole meals when in a full time job.

not many places appriciate the committment and just see it that you just want to eat alot :S, idiots! yeh, i wanna eat some dry pasta and chicken twice a day cos i really enjoy it, lol.

i was on CNP's pro-mass and that is an amazing MRP, but i was just looking for something new, something different, but i might give it a miss, i need something more substantial, ill have to see how good i can go financially,

thanks for your input though, much appriciated.

hey bro, try universals real gains i think it is called. Ive used that and cytogainer in half servings as my MRP,then switched to whole servings for gaining more weight and size, both worked well, and both have low sugar. Real gains has other things like good fats and complex carbs,so that was my favorite, but cytogainer tasted a little better. Both are good products.

cheers fella, ill have a look.
depending on how much money i come into, and my change of work, will decide whether i get an MRP or stick to whole foods. ideally ide prefer 6 to 7 whole meals a day, jst for the mass gaining advantages and effectivenss of whole foods compared to supplements. but likei say, we'll see.

thanks again
