i was buying creatine and bcaas and i got recomended to try endorush 30 mins before i workout, i was like pfft this wont work and it was quite pricey at 8 au dollars for 450 ml but i tried it and i am so happy i did, i was at a new gym today and they only had 25 kilo plates where as at my old gym they had 20 kilos and i cud still do as many reps,
i really recomend this pre workout meal
1 hour - 1 hour and a half before training 250 grams t bone, sirlion or round steak with i cup of oatmeal in water then then 30 mins before workout drink 1/3 of a bottle of endrush, i cant compare it to
no explode because i havent tried it but it beats v 12 turbo for sure, the only thing is i dont think it has creatine and i m not sure if u can take both creatine and endorush together but i m on my off creatine cycle atm so it worked perfect....
