Today I was able to begin my weightlifting full force after a 6 week layoff. I got home and took 2g of Arginine and just laid on the couch for a while. Then about 1 1/2 hours later I took 50mg of DHEA and went to begin my work on my legs. I was able to pound them things for near 90 min. and my energy levels were still there. It was as if I were on
No Xplode to point. I really couldnt believe it. Do you think this was both the Arginine and DHEA causing this or just one of them? Legs is usually my toughest day because it takes so much out of me but today, although it was brutal I came out of it feeling good and not having to put my head between my legs so much as I used to.
