Fast food imma go with a frisco melt from steak n shake, but as far as junk food. a large thin crust pizza with double sausage and pepperoni, light cheese, and some hot sauce for some of it and then some french dressing for soome also! WOOOOOOOOO!

Any burger from KFC, But I bet none of you guys have tried a POUNDER from micky D's. A double quarter pounder has 2 pieces of meat and cheese and sauce on top correct? Well a pounder has 4 pieces of meat AND cheese and sauce on every level. It's so greasy they have to double wrap it and hold that on with sticky tape, even so, the amount of grease in it turns the wrapping clear

Depends on how strict your diet is...

Personally, when I cheat I do it big. I like to hit up McDs, BK and Wendys. Ill get a Big Mac, a 12 piece chicken tender from BK, and a frosty and some fries from Wendys. Ive never done the math but im sure thats near 2000 cals, but **** who cares, if it was good for me it wouldnt be a cheat meal right?

I'm telling you, the last time I tried McD's after eating super clean for a few months, that crap slid through me like greased lightening. It was not fun for me or the people who walked within 25 feet of the bathroom between my trips.
