Daily Green Tea dosages...

Hey guys as you know I am cutting right now and I know the good effects that green tea has on fat loss. But what I can't find on the forum is how many mg's a day would be a good amount to take for cutting? I was thinking around 1260-1890 mg's a day would be good. If any of ya'll know the effective dose that would be great. I'm also taking the Green Tea in pill form because I cannot stand the taste of liquid green tea. Appreciate it guys!!

I can't help you that much man, I just have one cup with breakfast and one about an hour before working out, and I love green tea.

i take pills too, and i think 1 pill is enough for a day.

i do the same as chesticles .. i have one cup in the morning .. actully five tea bags .. and then anather one before an hour of workout

I've drank the Lipton Green Tea with citrus. I'm not sure if it has all the health benefits of actual green tea but it tastes good nonetheless not much like the normal tea taste at all.

I reccomend getting about 1500 mg of EGCG a day. I drink white tea a lot, but i also have a bottle of green tea liquid and take a couple tablespoons of that a day also.

EGCG is a potent anti oxidant in Green tea which gives it most of its benefit. It also inhibits the enzyme COMT. COMT degrades norepinephrine. sooo to sum it up mathematically

you+EGCG=-COMT
-COMT=+Norepinephrine
+Norephineprine= -Fat
