eggs dont play a huge part in my diet dont remember having more than 8-10 pre week
4 per week usually - thats if i have them at all

I don't think I could get through 50 whole eggs in a week. Now an egg white omlette, no probs, everyday. Plus I have my eggs boiled, poached, or fryed, I stopped eating them raw a few months back. My girlfriend was very insistent about the risk of food poisoning from eating them raw (not that I had ever had a problem).

i we got good egg whites in Ontario that arent so expensive like 500g of egg white is $2.30 then i would eat about 200g per day easy! right now im probably only eating 166g per day

You can get em at Wal-Mart. atleast thats where I get mine. They come in a blue carton. I consume about 25-30 egg whites each week.

Those are dangerous, you might be getting over 1,000 mg of sodium per meal with them.

I eat just over 50 whole eggs each week.

2-4....I use egg albumin powder, 1 tablespoon is the equivelant to 3-4 egg whites and taste the same in an omolette or shake etc etc.
