I'm not too sure where to post this, but I'll just put it here since it's somewhat Creatine-related.
I just have a question. I'm 16 and I've never seriously weight lifted in my life [I lifted lightly 3 times a week over the summer, but that's it], where should I start? Do you think it would be appropriate to start with creatine, or just start taking in some protein shakes every day?
My schedule is pretty damn packed, and I'm not sure I'll be able to work out more than 3-4 times a week. Is this good / bad? What suggestions do you guys have for a first-time lifter? I obviously don't plan on being a competing lifter, I just want to gain about 20 pounds of body weight over the next year or so. Is this an unrealistic goal [too small, too large?] ANY help will be appreciated! |
