when ur i a mass gaining phase i would stick with AST HSC, cause it has dextrose included. i take creatine year round i take 3g cee pre-workout and then post workout i take 5 grams of the AST HSC, 5 grams glutamine, 1 scoop champion whey, and 3 scoops of the Beverly Mass maker, and i also take the Beverly antioxidants after i train.... and i dont really load creatine either, and i might get off of it maybe for 2 or 3 weeks all year

i get a 4 litre container,
put 2 lbs of dextrose
2 packs of cool aid flavouring or cordial
fill 1/3 of the container with water and shake till it all mixes together, then fill it up with water to the top and chuck it in the fridge,

i take it when ever i would use cell tech, all i do is get a creatine mono from prolab or something and mix it in with my drink and have a vit c for asorbic acid and magniesium which makes it have everything that celltech does, this lasts for a long time and saves you alot of money, i got this of a site which i cant remember

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner man, but I like TRAC a lot and have seen good results with it. Working in a supplement store for awhile allowed me to try a bunch of different kinds and I responded to that one well. It is a bit on the pricey side though.
