I reccomend loading creatine, it is the consensus that you can have your CP levels saturated faster by loading, and can maintain they with 3-5 grams a day after a 5 day load. Its not necessary but it definately helps. Creatine should not have made you sick. You may experience some gastrointestinal stress if you dont drink enough water (cant stress enough how important it is).
Also stay away from any transport systems and what not. Just take the pure powder, is better because you arent paying for flavored sugar/ any other crap. Take it with water, nothing else (unless a protein shake). Also no worries about cycling it, creatine is not hormonal. |
