Hey Guys, this is my first post but I have been lurking in the background for sometime, gaining all the knowledge my small brain can handle. anyways I need help with cutting. I have nutritional data on most foods but I need to know how many calories, carbs and protein I should take in daily. Right now I'm taking in 1772gCal. 174gprotein, 113g carbs. If you can give me a min-max on all, cause I know i'm low on the proteins. Thanks for the help guys and I'll try to post more often.
