Just joined a new gym thats a 15-20 min drive from my home. Is it alright to pre mix universal storm and glutaform in a shaker to take after my workout or should i just wait to get home and mix it then?

take it to the gym. im sure u can get water in the gym fountain! just use a shakercup then mix put some water in there. or take a separate bottle of water and keep that with u in the bag.

it works, but glutamine is kind of a worthless supplement,it doesnt help that much

yes creatine is effective, there are different types creatine mono,creatine ethyl esther, or kre alkalyn, i think there is more but there are 3, i would recommend either mono or kre alk.

kre alk has no load stage, and has an 100% absorption rate, and absorbs immediatly compared to a creatine mono, gives less bloat, but is usually a little more expensive.
