cottage cheese & tuna shake

big tub of cottage cheese
2 cans tuna
blend

i tried this once.. was abit lumpy ... tasted like shit.. but had 120g protein ...

the chunky bits didnt go down to easy so i had to wash it down with water...

overall its not bad... but id shave your taste buds off before you try it

pussy...... also i made a cottage cheese protein powder shake and made a bet with my mate that i could drink it all down in less than 10 seconds and did it!

then almost puked my guts out!

I feel it doesn't even acquire much taste, kinda plain like water. But normally I eat it with a protein shake and try to flush it down with out even tasting it.

(referring to cottage cheese)
