DHEA & Acne

I'm using DHEA for a few months already (25mg/ day). Usually I take it in the morning with an empty stomach. It give me very bad acne around my chest & back. Right now I'm 40 years old, I wonder DHEA still can bring me such bad acne?

Any idea how to avoid/ minimize this problem if I want continue to take DHEA?

Yes, DHEA can cause acne.

Your doage sounds fine, i wouldnt increase it.

Proactiv has body pads that have salycilic acid that is good for reducing and preventing acne. I've never tried the body pads because i've never had body acne. But I've used the face products for about a year or two and they work great.

Taking Selenium tablets reduced mine when I was on the same gear. Be careful my chest and back still bear the scars that the acne left over 7 years ago.
