ok so how does 70g carbs on the off day sound and 100g carbs on training day? i was thinking 35g of carbs in the morning, and 45g post workout, and 20g spread throughout the day. does that sound good? do you suggest i change that? i've been doing alot of looking around t-nation, and the only fatloss diets i'm seeing are reduced carbs, so i guess i'll just do the crappy short term fat loss, and then just experiment to see how i can slowly come off of it when i'm done and
retain leanness. i don't plan on going back to bulking for a good long while. not untill i'm atleast 17. i'll be strength training and cutting till then.
how many grams of fat should i eat while cutting? i will be eating about 280g protien, 100g or 70g carbs, but i don't know how much i should take in for fat.
