Hey guys and gals

I posted this under the logs too but i'm trying to get ripped and wanna know what u guys think of what i'm eating....I so security so i work alot of nights. I have posted my work days deit and day off diet...i work out about 6 days aweek and don;t drink alcohol or pop.....just i case u ask...here is my deit

Now here is what i would eat during my 12hr night shift at work
1st meal (8pm) - usually whatever the wife had for dinner ( chicken or beef with some veggies and pasta or mashed potatoe)
2nd (12am) - 2 yogurt cups and an apple
3rd (2am) - granola bar (natures best ones)
4rd (4 or 5am)- 1 chicken breast and either a salad with low fat dressing or a chicken wrap with veggies init and low fat dressing
5th (7 or 8am) - 30g protein shake
6th (10am) - 5 celary sticks and an orange
7th(11:30am) - bowl of mini wheats with skim milk
then to the gym for about 2hrs
30g protein shake b4 bed


This is what i eat today (day off work)
Breakfast (10am) - bowlof shreddies and 15g shake
Gym
Lunch (2:30pm) - Vegatable/beef soup, 2 slice of whole wheat bread and 15g skake
Snack (5pm) - 30g protein bar and 1L of water
Dinner(730pm) - Turkey sandwish with veggies, mayo and avacoto on a white bun
Snack (10pm) - 15g shake with 2 rice cakes

So let me know what you think.
I usually do 25 to 30mins of cardio....it depends how long it takes me to burn 300 cals

what is BRM???

Right now i'm 5'6" about 165Lbs, notsure on the body fat % but its not high...

add some oatmeal to ur diet. thats the best source of carbs.

Going to sleep after your workout just consuming a protein shake without any carbohydrates is going to put a lot of stress on your body. You also should get in a better pre workout meal instead of relying on a box of cereal. Drop the milk & the cereal in that meal. Would it be possible to go to sleep earlier and wake up earlier to work out in the morning? (or I should say, 6 PM)
