forced to train in the morning...

so ya i was wondering for those who train the morning, what do u eat in order to have that energy to workout like chest or back. i have never trained in the morning but will be forced now according to various shifts with work that i have to do. any advice will be great! usually i eat a bowl of oatmeal in the morning. but i fing just this will not be sufficient to train heavy!

Your naural testostrone is at it;s highest levels in the morning, but your pain tolerance is at it's lowest as well. I don't have any problems working out in the morning bro. Just make sure you get in a good breakfest shortly after.

what is a good breakfast then? since i work till 2...i can come home, eat my last meal which is 1 can of tuna and protein skate in milk. i can wake up at 10 and eat something and hit the gym, get back, eat then go work!

Sorry guys I can't find it, I read an article on Bodybuilding.com and it was a question and the had the top three answers, I paid close attention to the one that had the Pros and Cons to working out in the morning, and that was what I read. They did have a link to a study that was done over this as well. To make a long story shorter the best time to workout was around 6:00 to 7:00 P.M. in their opinion.

6 to 7PM..so why did u mention above that better to train in the morning?

ya..i work as security guard...just came back from home and **** im so pissed, i couldnt get a chance to eat my meal. now im eating it now im 2 meals shot! fuc...so pissed! i feel like i just lost 20lbs and i had to stand there for 4 hrs
now i have to work from 3:30 to 7:30PM then back again from 10pm to 2am
