I was in the doctor's office the other day and I was reading this health mag. I saw this article that said that this compound (chronium picolate) boosts metabolism by 4% and even helps in fat burning. My question is have any of you guys heard about this and if so, would it be wise to incorporate this supp. into your cutting diet? I mean it couldnt hurt right?

Aight since no one helped me out, I got off my lazy ass and found a site that fully explains Chromium Picolate and it's benefits. Check it out...http://www.berkeleywellness.com/html/ds/dsChromium.php

For sure, I recommend at least 400 mcg everyday whether bulking or cutting. Your multi should contain 100-200 mcg itself.

I don't know which is the best because it's not something i've taken the time to compare with each other. I've been taking Opti-men from Optimum Nutrition for quite some time now.

Whatever you choose, take capsulated vitamins as it is absorbed by your body better.

when it comes to multi's, almost any would do. You're probably eating enough to the point where they might not even be beneficial, but brands are almost not important...they all have the same components.

Not to be a bastard, but the the name is CHROMIUM PICOLINATE. I have yet to notice this sup in any multi-vitamin, but I could be wrong.

Don't be scared of animalpak multi-vitamin, I personaly think it has some things that probably doesn't do ****, but it is a good multi-vitamin. I have even taken prenatal vitamins.

So are you recommending that all of us should spend our life's fortune on a multivitamin every month?

What, you do whatever the hell you want, I just said it was a good multi that's it, and that was in response to imraan47s comment that he heard bad things about it. I'm sorry to hear that your lifes fortune is less that $20.00 a month.
