Cottage cheese is a very acquired taste, best way to eat it if you aren't fond of the flavour is to buy it already mixed with pineapple of mango..makes it a bit easier to force down.
I have just taken to drinking a protein shake (whey plus micellar
casein - whey for the immediate absorbtion as you fall asleep, micellar casein to absorb slowly during the night) before bed..too early to notcie if it is having any significant difference but will keep monitoring.
