Really how effective are fat burners. Are they really worth it or should I just save my money and Just stick to good diet without them?

A fatburner can help you getting lean but the main thing have to be youre diet. If youre diet is shit you wont lose weight.

no, some people believe that asprin in the ecA is dangerous/not effective and choose to substitute Yohimbe (which some people react adversely to)...i personally tend to cut out the Caffeine after 12pm, as it makes me really jitery...it's all about what works for you and seeing how your body responds.
