well....gold card time at GNC! so am looking to add a fat burner or create a stack for such...
yes doing cardio and cranking on the diet, keeping my rest between sets to 30/45 sec so i get some more cardio
but help me out..suggestions on making a stack for burning fat, or an OTC?
going to GNC tomorrow and seeing what they got...i keep hearing about AMP, Lipo..etc...
but I trust this group, since some guys i read on other boards have like 3 posts and sound like an advertisement
I hit 237 yesterday (from 282) but ab fat is rampant...pants bagging in the @$$ but waist still there ...gotta do some new measurements..
any advice is more than i got to go on now...thanks
