There are times when there is only "bad" food to eat, such as Fast food (McDonalds, Burger King, etc.), instant noodles, and others. Would it be better without even eating if it were those foods? But if i did that, i would starve to death

are u saying that u dont have any other choice in other words? well this kind of puts you in a tough position and i can understand cuz i was there once! if u are trying to bulk up then you can go through with that be live fine but when it comes down to off season then u have to find alternatives. but u can try taking whey protein in which can help for the daily amount of protein required per day.

I prepare my foods the evening before. It's not so hard. 20min every day preparing food (depends on the tyoe of food you prepare).

I don't think there are many times when there is NO alternative but to eat crap. But personally ALL food is good food to me. :)

You can always find alternatives at those places, if you are dieting, grilled chicken breats on whole wheat, no mayo... or salads with very little dressing, etc.

LOL! thats a huge misconception that u should eat bad foods for the offseason. You should actually be on a healthy food diet year around, but eat more of it in the offseason to put on more weight, and cycle beef in a little bit more often. Eating poorly is bad for muscle growth. Also u can eat more high GI carbs on the offseason just no to much more bc they make u fat also.

ANY WAY BACK ON TOPIC!

Bro why dont u just buy a whole bunch of deli meat wheat bread, and some fruit! keep a cooler in the trunk of your car or something, but dont resort to fats food it is AWEFUL for u. Like i said in a nother posti just did a paper for school on obesidy in america, and ound a report where they asked nutritionists how often one should eat fast food, and 98% of them said never! the other 2% said once a month.

One nutritionists was specially quoted saying " the only time u should eat fast food is if all other food sources are unavailable to u" meaning that their wanst any other food on earth besides faast food. so bro PLEASE get some deli meat wheat bread, some fruit, or something to that nature i promise your body will thank u for it in the long run.

TRUEOUTLAW: A tip for rehetaing chicken. I slightly indercook my chicken that will be refridgerated, and when i go to heat it up i cut the fat off and cut the chicken into biteable pieces. I nuke the chicken byitself in the microwave for like 60 seconds, or until the pink hue on the chicken is gone. now im not talkin about leaving it raw and cooking it in the mocirowave, i mean i take the chicken off when it has like a minute or 2 left to cook. its white in the middle, but not quite done, their should be a slight pinkish hue in the white. Make sure u microwave it long enough that the pink is gone though, and your chcken should be juicy and hoter than heck!

I don't reheat the chicken. I make a salat with tomatos, salat, onions and then chicken. The chicken absorbs the juices and it tastes real good.

another trick I find helps me is if i'm going out to eat, I eat first...then I'm not hungry and can get by with only a salad or a small appy. and drink a tonne of water during the meal.
