protein shake
1/2 cup oatmeal
and crushed walnuts (for omega 3's)

every morning

i try to aim for 100grams of oats or whatever comes out ,
cant have banana's anymore for awhile, cost to much now, from what happened in queensland in australia , so i go for an apple, with a protein shake

What is a good breakfast for an Endo-morph on workout day?

Non-workout days, I just remove all starches and add in spinach with the eggs.

-5gm glutamine ....eggs white..some carbohydrates ...protein shake and 2 amino 2222 tablets

block of supersoft tofu in a blender with any fruits.. such as strawberries, banana, blueberries and a squeeze of honey! it makes a super protein smoothie! (my ancient chines bodybuilding secret) hahaha...
try it for 30days with your supplements!!! i swear it'll pack on nothing but high quality muscle!!!

hey wats uP! hey, try tofu to your diet in your cutting! i swear it works magic!!! and buy the supersoft kind... they go down easier~ (just a tip incase ur getting sick of chicken n more chicken) lol...

for me the past 2 weeks would be 2 cans of tuna 2 egg white 3 toast and my supp of cyto with strawberries and raspberries. about 120+ grams of protein. MmMmMm
