Hey guys I know I have already had a thread about surgery nutrition but I was thinkin today. I get my surgery a week from tomorrow. My question is do you think I should up my cals to help my body recover faster since I will need energy to heal up? I was thinking uping my cals to my normal caloric intake since I have been at a deficet for almost two months. Ya'll think this is a good idea to do until about two weeks after my surgery? Makes sense to me.
