ok here we go...
iv stop goin to the gym for the past 3 weeks for some shitty reason

& wont be going for atleast another month
i dont wish to buy weights to workout at home for such a short while.....so i thought to myself .....why not burn some weight while im at home doing nothing...so iv been working on my abs twice a week for the past week.......on these ab days im working by upper ...middle and lower abs...& sides..currently i have no access to a treadmill....iv also noticed a nice lil tire thingy developing

...so im working to get rid of that as welll...
basically im looking to shed like 8 lbs of useless fat in 2 weeks....is this possible by what im doing ?.....any more abs exercise recommendations ?
i wanted ur advise on a fat burner excluding lipo6 cuz iv borrowed that from a friend right now & am using and id like to try something better
