ok here we go...
iv stop goin to the gym for the past 3 weeks for some shitty reason & wont be going for atleast another month

i dont wish to buy weights to workout at home for such a short while.....so i thought to myself .....why not burn some weight while im at home doing nothing...so iv been working on my abs twice a week for the past week.......on these ab days im working by upper ...middle and lower abs...& sides..currently i have no access to a treadmill....iv also noticed a nice lil tire thingy developing ...so im working to get rid of that as welll...

basically im looking to shed like 8 lbs of useless fat in 2 weeks....is this possible by what im doing ?.....any more abs exercise recommendations ?

i wanted ur advise on a fat burner excluding lipo6 cuz iv borrowed that from a friend right now & am using and id like to try something better

thanks in advance :)

Aside from the noseyness :), simply doing abs won't get rid of the tyre - for sure they'll stregnthen your abs sdo when you lose the fat they'll look great, but to get them to show you'll need to do some cardio and make sure your diet is on! Gofor a jog 3 times a wee. You can't spot reduce your tyre by doing ab work unfortunately!

Eat 5-7 meals per day, while keeping carbs away from late night. Do 30-45 minutes of cardio on an empty stomach in the morning and eat plenty of veggies, high protein foods, and don't avoid carbohydrates.

If you decide to do it that way, not only is it unhealthy but you'll also gain the weight right back.

Always have a big carb meal after you wake up.

The reason for not cutting out carbs entirely as Flex rightly stated, is because it is your body's primary source or energy and reducing it down considerably will slow your metabolism down, hence the ease of which your body will put the weight back on!
With regard to fat burners - I'd suggest just seeing the results you get from Flex's suggestion. You may surprise yourself!

A fat burner is not necessary in my opinion. Just eat properly and get enough essential fatty acids in your diet.

Check the nutrition guide here in the nutrition section. Good luck to you man. Yeah people always have to be precise when they say cut out carbs, because the adverage joe would do just that and end up braindead by day 3
