Hey guys just had a quick question. In my breakfast meal I'm taking in about 33g of protein and around 90g of carbs, I just wanted to know if this was the right amount. I know that you should have between 30 - 40 g of protein per meal, so I was mainly concerned about the carbs.

If you're bulking then really the more carbs the better! Within reason obviously - and it's the quality of carbs that counts, but if it's oatmeal then it's all good.

yeah .. as Rock said .. if ur bulking then it's a decent amount of carbs and protain .. oatmeal is a good chioce .. i stick with it
