i'm back guys, i hadn't been posting in awhile but i was on vacation and was busy working other days but im back, but i have a problem, i need help with this new cutting diet i got, i bought nxcare's ripped system, which is a complete supplement, nutrional, and weight training diet. i just need to know what to replace for some things i know i wont be able to get. here is the plans!

what can i substitute for oatmeal on meal 1, what on meal two for the fish, and for the flax seed oil and the olive oil?

what about for the rasberries on meal 1?

one last question on the new workout im starting it says to do hacksquats and leg press but no regular squats are included is this okay?

by the way this ripped system is only 21 days so i will do everything correctly and see what results i get and then move on from that point!

Why on earth wouldn't you be able to get hold of any form of aot based breakfast or fish?
For the raspberried, any other red fruit I would think would suffice - strawberries, grapes, something like that.
In place of the oils, the only thing that springs to mind is taking an EFA tablet or cod liver oil.
I'm sure someone else will be able to proffer more help than this though! :)

With regard to the hack squat or leg press, although it suggest doing those, I doubt it would ruin the programme if you did a squat instead.

no rocky i can get a hold of that but i was just wondering if there were something i could substitute instead of it something that i already eat. something like cereal or eggs or something, i might have to look into the efa tablets and well i will also probably do regular squats instead of hack squats!

thanks rocky!

This is a very low carb diet. I would suggest throwing a few higher carb days in here. Also, there isn't any pre workout or post workout carbs, your workouts and muscle mass could suffer. Don't worry about substituting the raspberries in meal 1, no real point to. Carbs are not your enemy.
