i want to get lean fast

Hoots NPC Lightweight Join Date: Feb 2006 Age: 32 Posts: 22 Rep Power: 0	I'm trying to find out the quickest and best way to loose weight and get LEAN. Can any one offer me some good advice. I currently weigh 189lbs and wold like to get down to 175lbs without loosing too much muscle mass. Can anyone help. Thanks.
