it really depends on your goals right now...natural peanut butter is a great source of healthy fats and protein and is really calorie dense. If you are on a cutter right now, then maybe peanut butter isn't right for you, but if you are looking to bulk, a few tablespoons a day can be an awesome way to get your calores up and get some healthy fats in your diet.

^^Well for a start - cut out the peanut butter! :)

The key when cutting is slow adjustment. Don't go cutting out all the carbs as this will screw up your metabolism. Slowly reduce the calories you take in over a number of days until you reach a level where the weight is steadily dropping off without impacting on your lifting sessions too much. Also, depending on what level of cardio you currently do it's probably worth upping the intensity of that too!

I agree with rocky to an extent. Slow adjustments are the key that with some sort of fat burning, walking or cardio after weights.

you need to eat fat to lose fat...sounds wierd huh? Well, I hit a plateau w/ my diet a few weeks ago and increased fat intake and I am losing weight again and even faster than before. Not saying to consume ridiculous amounts of fat but still try to keep it at a decent number, it just depends on your genetics...

EDIT: to answer the question I have smuckers 100% natural PB. I have 2 tablespoons for breakfast and 2 before bed

Diesel, I agree totally, I get mine in EFA caps though and don't usually consider pb a part of a serious cutter. That said, if his diet is spot on, he can make room for it.

Personally I can't stand peanut butter anyway - it's like spreading **** on toast to me, which I don't like doing either before anyone says otherwise.
