Starting a 16 week contest prep may 6th. Putten up my supplement's, diet and pics will be coming soon.

SciVation Xtend(4 scoops during workout)
Designer Xceed(pre workout and post workout)
Primaforce Glutaform( first thing in the morning
Optimum 100% Casein(Before bed)
100% Whey(mixing with oatmeal in mornings for convienence)
AST DGC( combining with xtend to drink during workout to preserve muscle mass)
12 weeks out adding Sesamin and LipidFx
Multi-vitamin
500 mg Vitamin C

what do you all think? would you replace anything or add anything?

4 scoops is WAY too much xtend
