I just wanted to comment about what I found for myself in No Xplode. It varies across the board. There are times when I feel nothing. Other times I feel like I could benchpress the earth yet there are other times when I feel this buzz going on. On a number of occasions I have found that my weights have gone up which astounded me but I also needed to because because I nearly hurt myself in the process.

Whether I would buy it again I am not sure. My experience has been across the board. I would probably buy another container of it and go from there as well.

Thanks for sharing. I've been thinking about trying it. Anyone else have any thoughts on it?

Yeah, what do you get when you add creatine plus caffiene = waste

So they add some arginine AKG to make people "feel" like they're growing when they're still the same size. Great marketing.

Haven't you read my stuff about creatine not so long ago?

Or atleast the part about creatine and caffeine absorption? I don't want to say that that is all BS, but there is some evidence claiming itcould be, so how can you be so sure?

Agreed on the the feel part. If cocaine wasn't that expensive they would put it in supps and you wouldn't feel a thing and laughing your ass of during squats.

I love it gives me good energy after a long day at work and I seem to have better pumps. But mainly for me, at 4:30 when I start to drink it I start getting my mind ready to lift. So I like I love it just for the fact that it puts me in the right mode witch in turn promotes muscle growth, not because of the product, but because of how the product makes you believe “ok now I’m ready to lift”

Yeah I agree with silversky. I mean, the end result we are all looking for is to get bigger/stronger/look better. If its a performance enhancer even by just making you THINK it works (placebo effect), then what's so bad about that?

The stimulation effects will likely be more pronounced on an empty stomach. If you have eaten prior to taking it, that could be the reason of the inconsistent energy patterns. It definitely helps you train harder and increases stamina, no question IMO.

Man NO Explode is a joke. They market it as almost a mulltivitamin supplement that will give you crazy energy and pump. Thats bull**** it is just caffeine and it even says to take it on an empty stomach, just to increase the speed that the caffeine enters the blood. NO Explode is waste, but still all the other guys I throw the discus and shot put with swear by it for competition. I would have to say it is all mental.

On an aside here is there anyone that knows the NCAA regulations well. I currently cycle Creatine Extreme, by Champion Nutrition and then just their weight gainer 900 (which I guess some would say a 300 pounder doesn't need). I am looking for some energy supplements for early summer workouts this year. Any thoughts?
