so i went in for my usual tri's and bi's session and tri's but with 2 scoops of
superpump 250 taken preworkout instead of my usual
no-xplode, it went pretty good, surpassed all my previous lifts by a couple reps, and when i got to bi's i always warm up with 50's on a camber, well some douche who told me he had 7 sets left with the bar and saw the look of anger on my face and "let me" work in, so mis calcuating i threw on a 2.5 to the already 2 10 pound plates on there, i did 15 reps no problem when there was actually 70 pounds on the bar, needless to say i was shocked, i ended gettin 85 for 9 perfectly when i had gotten 80 for 9 last workout and cheated just a bit to get that 10th rep, don't know if it was the superpump 250 but thats the only thing that changed, either way it was good
